Information including price, availability, taxes, square footage, and features may change without notice and may contain errors or omissions. We do not warrant the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any listing. You should independently verify all information before making decisions.

Intellectual property

Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, MY LUXURY TAMPA AND ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SITE OR ANY LISTING INFORMATION, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING OUT OF THESE TERMS OR THE SITE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS (US $100) OR (B) THE AMOUNTS YOU PAID TO US (IF ANY) FOR THE SPECIFIC SERVICE GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations; in those jurisdictions, our liability is limited to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless My Luxury Tampa and its affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of your misuse of the Site, violation of these Terms, or violation of any rights of a third party.

Governing law and venue

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. You agree that exclusive jurisdiction for disputes relating to these Terms or the Site shall be in the state or federal courts located in Hillsborough County, Florida, and you consent to personal jurisdiction there.

Changes to these terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. The “Last updated” date below indicates the latest version. Your continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
